1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the AI Coloring Prints mobile application ("App," "Service," or "we/us/our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

If you are a parent or guardian using this App on behalf of a minor child, you accept these Terms on their behalf and are responsible for their use of the App.

2. Description of Service

AI Coloring Prints is a mobile application that generates custom, printable coloring pages for children using artificial intelligence technology. The Service allows users to:

• Enter text prompts describing desired coloring page content
• Generate AI-created black-and-white line drawings
• Download generated images as print-ready PDF files
• Save and access generation history

The App is designed for children ages 3-12, with parental supervision recommended.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• Users must sign in using Google authentication
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have parental consent

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.3 Account Restrictions

• One account per user
• Accounts are non-transferable
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Credit System

4.1 How Credits Work

• Credits are required to generate coloring pages
• One credit equals one coloring page generation
• New users receive 5 free credits upon account creation

4.2 Purchasing Credits

Additional credits can be purchased through in-app purchases via Google Play:

4.3 Credit Terms

• Non-Refundable: Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policies
• Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
• No Expiration: Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
• No Cash Value: Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
• Account Termination: Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination for Terms violations

4.4 Failed Generations

If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credit will be automatically refunded to your account. Credits are not refunded for:

• Content filtered due to policy violations
• User-initiated cancellations
• Results that don't meet subjective expectations

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the App to:

• Generate coloring pages for personal, non-commercial use
• Print generated images for personal enjoyment
• Share generated images with family and friends for personal use

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Submit prompts that are inappropriate, offensive, violent, sexual, or harmful
• Attempt to generate content depicting real individuals without consent
• Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable content safety filters
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written permission
• Share, sell, or distribute generated images for commercial gain
• Create an account using false or misleading information
• Share account credentials with others
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5.3 Content Moderation

• All prompts are subject to automated content filtering
• We reserve the right to reject prompts that violate our content policies
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination

6. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

6.1 AI-Generated Images

• Personal License: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Printing Rights: You may print generated images for personal use
• Sharing Rights: You may share generated images with family and friends for personal, non-commercial purposes
• No Commercial Use: Commercial use of generated images requires separate written permission

6.2 User-Submitted Content

• You retain ownership of the text prompts you submit
• By submitting prompts, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your prompts for the purpose of providing the Service

6.3 Our Rights

• We retain all rights to the App, including its design, code, and underlying technology
• We may use anonymized and aggregated data from generations to improve our AI models and Service
• We do not claim ownership of individual generated images

6.4 Third-Party Rights

• You agree not to submit prompts that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your prompts do not violate copyrights, trademarks, or other rights

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

7.1 Nature of AI Generation

• Images are generated by artificial intelligence based on your text prompts
• AI generation is probabilistic and results may vary
• We do not guarantee that generated images will match your exact expectations

7.2 Content Accuracy

• Generated images may contain imperfections, inaccuracies, or unexpected elements
• AI may interpret prompts differently than intended
• Complex or ambiguous prompts may produce unpredictable results

7.3 Content Safety

• We employ content filtering to ensure age-appropriate results
• No filtering system is 100% accurate
• We recommend parental supervision when children use the App
• If you encounter inappropriate content, please report it immediately

7.4 No Endorsement

• Generated images do not represent our views, opinions, or endorsements
• We are not responsible for how users interpret or use generated content

8. Children's Privacy and Safety

8.1 Designed for Families

• This App is designed for use by children ages 3-12 under parental supervision
• We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations

8.2 Parental Responsibility

• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of the App
• Parents/guardians are responsible for any purchases made through their account
• We recommend enabling parental controls on devices used by children

8.3 Data Collection

• We collect minimal data necessary to provide the Service

9. Payment Terms

9.1 In-App Purchases

• All purchases are processed through Google Play
• Prices are displayed in your local currency
• You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred

9.2 Billing

• Google Play handles all billing and payment processing
• We do not store your payment information
• Billing inquiries should be directed to Google Play support

9.3 Refunds

• Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policies
• We may issue credit refunds at our discretion for technical issues

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF RESULTS

10.2 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT
• DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

10.3 Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Coloring Prints, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit through the Service

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

• You may stop using the Service at any time
• You may request account deletion by contacting support@aicoloringprints.com

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• Unused credits are forfeited (except where prohibited by law)
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

13. Changes to Terms

13.1 Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
• Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email
• The "Last Updated" date will reflect the most recent revision

13.2 Continued Use

• Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
• If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must stop using the Service

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
